In an interview with APQC, Wes Ralph, senior quality fellow at Collins Aerospace, and Ryan Worden, transformation & standard work manager, supply chain operations at Raytheon, shared insights and lessons learned from their journey developing their new training program that has increased capability and capacity for process improvement at Collins Aerospace across a variety of functions and experience levels.
