APQC's Benchmarking Project Plan Template (Excel Template)

Organizations can fill out this template as they plan new benchmarking projects. It provides guidance for writing a benchmarking value proposition, determining measures and current baseline performance, selecting team members, finalizing the project scope, and creating an ideal partner profile.
