Talent Management Performance Assessment
Assess the role, maturity, and effectiveness of your corporate HR function's talent management capability by completing the Talent Management Performance Assessment.
Your organization’s performance will be compared with other organizations in our database on Develop and Train and Reward and Retain key performance indicators.
Metrics associated with this survey include:
- Total cost to perform the process "Manage employee performance" per $1,000 revenue
- Number of days absent per employee including maternity and paternity leave
- Number of learning days per employee
- Voluntary terminations as a percentage of total business entity employees
All submissions to APQC's benchmarking database, both Open Standards Benchmarking and Rapid Performance Assessments, must be collected using APQC's easy-to-use Microsoft Excel data collection instruments. Each benchmarking assessment offers an Excel-based data collection tool consisting of the survey itself, the measures associated with the survey, the glossary terms needed to understand the survey, and a copy of the Process Classification Framework (PCF) relevant to the data collection instrument. The consolidated data collection tool is intended to simplify the collection of benchmarking data within your organization.
