How do I complete the survey?

Simply click the "Begin Assessment" to start the assessment. The assessment happens in your web browser.

I'd like to talk with someone before I get started. What are my options?

There are two options for support prior to submitting your KM Capability Assessment survey:

1. Join one of our monthly support calls, or

2. Contact us directly.

The monthly support calls are an open forum for anyone with questions about participating in the KM Capability Assessment Tool. The meetings are open and don't follow a set structure in terms of presentations.
