Process Mapping Techniques
Course Description
This course will discuss common types of process maps and demonstrate best practices for their creation and use based upon real examples from APQC engagement with organizations like yours. Participants will go through the life cycle of the process map from design to performance, and subsequent evaluation and continuous improvement.
