Evolving and Sustaining a Knowledge Management Program
Course Description
This course will help organizations understand how to evolve, sustain, and continuously improve their KM programs. Participants will develop use cases documenting real-life scenarios focused on their current KM capabilities (e.g., approaches, activities, processes, or tools) and gain insights for improving their scenarios. Participants will leave this course with ideas and techniques for implementing changes to their existing KM capabilities.

- Learn the key steps for evolving a KM program
- Understand techniques for aligning KM to business expectations and knowledge needs
- Use a process for addressing KM infrastructure requirements
- Identify accelerators for engagement and participation
- Collaborate and learn from others who are evolving and improving their KM efforts
Audience
Participants with an existing KM program who are expanding, improving, and building standard, replicable KM processes. Not recommended for people in organizations without an existing KM program.
