In this session, participants learned about the pressing challenges organizations face in managing their wealth of knowledge and information. The session explored the promises of Knowledge Management (KM) in improving efficiency, productivity, and collaboration. The focus was on how a studio with over 250 employees successfully implemented a KM framework and the benefits of an effective KM strategy. Participants also learned about the role of technology in supporting knowledge creation, retention, transfer, and translation, the value of knowledge, and how to embed KM no matter the organization's size.
