In recent years, Knowledge Management (KM) teams have become valuable strategic partners in organizations. Typical partners for KM teams include IT, HR, learning and development, and digital transformation teams. APQC’s 2024 KM Priorities and Predictions survey revealed that KM teams have opportunities to be seen as business partners.
