We are a digital society with enormous amounts of data at our fingertips, but there are a plethora of challenges to effectively using data to make well-informed decisions. In a Think Tank session from APQC's 2018 Process and Performance Management Conference, Ron Champion of Lockheed Martin and Bobbi O'Connell of Rockwell Collins led participants in a discussion on how to identify the most pressing challenges and what ideas, best practices, and lessons learned overcome data challenges in decision making.
