Narrative Thinking with Lance Weiler

Solving difficult problems requires collaboration. But as anyone who has spent time in a bad meeting or a dysfunctional project group will tell you, collaboration can go wrong in a variety of ways. In the keynote address for APQC’s 2022 Process and Knowledge Management Conference, director, game designer, and Columbia University Digital Storytelling Lab founding member Lance Weiler used a series of stories to show how narrative thinking can empower productive collaboration.
