KM Met Adult Learning: A Love Story (Community Call)
Teach for America’s knowledge management team recently merged with the adult learning function as part of a larger organizational strategy to become a learning organization. In this community call, Teach for America’s Stevie Carnation, Amelia Pond, and Shannon Steffes highlight the impact that strong adult learning practices, alongside deliberate KM methods, can have on collective wisdom and showcase some of the adult learning techniques they have used for KM.
