To keep pace with evolving business needs, KM professionals must continually broaden and deepen their skills.  In June 2022, APQC hosted a roundtable discussion facilitated by Lauren Trees, Principal Research Lead for Knowledge Management at APQC, Lisa Weber, KM Leader at Mercer, and Jacek Wlodarski, KM Innovation and Technology Manager at Mercer, about identifying and filling skills gaps in KM.
