HR Function's AI Report Card

HR leaders are looking to AI as a way to increase the value that the HR function contributes to the business. While they have had some success in utilizing AI, there is still progress to be made, especially when it comes to strategic work of the HR function. 

APQC surveyed HR leaders who are at least piloting AI in the HR function in order to understand AI’s impact on HR’s key objectives. Respondents shared what their top objectives are for using AI in HR. This infographic is a report card showing which of those were achieved.
