In early 2025, APQC launched a research study to understand the state of HR functions today. HR leaders across the globe were surveyed about how their organization is handling HR spending, structure, and staffing.

This report summarizes the cross-industry survey findings. Organizations can use this information to benchmark and identify areas for improvement within their HR functions.
