AI is already revolutionizing the way that recruiting professionals perform their roles. Tools powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI are making it easier than ever to sift through mountains of data to derive actionable insights, monitor the strength of talent pipelines, and even assess with a high degree of accuracy how well a specific candidate will perform in a certain role.
APQC surveyed respondents who are at least piloting AI in the HR function in order to understand AI’s impact on the HR function and core HR processes. Research revealed a surprising, yet welcomed, current state of AI in talent acquisition processes. This infographic reviews those findings.
