Several best-practice organizations featured in APQC’s 2017 Next-Generation Communities of Practice study use advanced analytical capabilities to evaluate their communities of practice. This article describes the use of analytics to gauge the quality of collaboration occurring inside communities and to identify characteristics and behaviors most strongly correlated with community performance and engagement.
