Process governance can means different things, for some it’s synonymous with process owners. While for others governance is about roles, responsibility, accountability, oversight, sponsorship, and management structures. In this presentation, APQC’s principal research lead for process and performance management, Holly Lyke-Ho-Gland discusses a common definition of process governance, how organizations excel or fall flat, and four examples of best practices to drive effective governance.
