Air Traffic Navigation Services (ATNS) is the sole provider of air traffic management, communication, surveillance, navigation, training, and associated services in South Africa. To maintain business continuity, ATNS built a KM program to engage employees in preserving organizational knowledge and making it available to the next generation of experts.
