As organizations increasingly structure their operations around end-to-end processes, the concept of global process owners (GPOs) has become key in managing business activities that are effective and efficient. The structure and governance provided by end-to-end GPOs provides the opportunity for proactive ownership, accountability, control, measurement, and support.
