Using APQC’s Process Classification Framework as a Tool for Managing Change

This case study provides a high-level overview of the change management plan APQC designed for a large government agency. The agency created a formal vision to ensure that knowledge is seen as central to its operations. Recognizing that the agency needed to make real cultural changes to realize this vision, APQC helped the agency design a change management strategy to embed knowledge management (KM) practices in the flow of employees' day-to-day work.
