This research explores how organizations leverage KM approaches such as communities of practice, enterprise social networking, lessons learned methods, collaboration platforms, and content repositories to support project management methodologies and processes.

This case study focuses on tools and approaches that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center uses to manage project knowledge and augment the project management lifecycle with learning opportunities.
