These are phrases we’ve become all too familiar with, especially over the past few years. And despite even the best forecasting efforts, one truth remains: while we can’t control change, it can certainly be managed.
At its core, change management is proactively managing change and minimizing the resistance to organizational change through structured processes or approaches to transition employees, teams, or an entire organization to a desired future state.
