The Houston Chronicle recently named its Top Work Places for 2013. APQC was named 21st out of 140 best small organizations to work for based on the results from employee surveys. More than 68,000 Houston area employees were surveyed by WorkplaceDynamics on issues such as their benefits and pay, potential opportunities for advancement, their managers' communication and management skills, and their satisfaction with their work and workplace. The list includes public, private, and non-profit organizations.
At APQC, we strive to "practice what we preach" and cull the best practices we find in our research, make them our own, and implement them in our organization.
