In APQC’s continuing series “Keys to Making Change Management Last” Abby Heller talks to Richard Bevan, author of ‘Changemaking’.  Richard is also a consultant and educator with a background in organizational communication, the management of change, and leadership development.

Richard discusses the high cost of not managing change and the importance of identifying the tough and important questions to make change a success. He also talks about how an organization must share responsibility for change and can’t just depend on a small group to make sure all change occurs.

APQC is embarking on a new study on this topic. Learn more about it at the study website: Transformational Change - Making It Last.
