IT Application Development Performance Assessment
Understanding how your processes perform against your peers is a key step for any organization that wants to ensure its IT Application Development and Maintenance processes are as effective as possible. Comparative benchmarking data provides the information executives need to make decisions about business-critical services.
Through the assessment, your organization’s performance will be compared with other organizations on key IT Application Development and Maintenance measures including average schedule variance for application development and maintenance projects, Net Promoter Score (NPS) for application-related IT service management, Minutes to resolution for application-related incidents of high severity, and Number of defects identified per thousand lines of code in pre-production quality assurance processes.
Key performance measures in this survey include:
- Actually achieved percentage of the planned/expected return on investment for fully completed application development and maintenance projects
- Percentage of initially planned functionality that is delivered for application development and maintenance projects in the most recent year
- Number of unplanned outages per critical application hosted in cloud
