Techniques for Communicating Knowledge Management
Course Description
During this course, participants will learn communication strategies and tactics to help create roadmaps that move from building awareness and understanding to commitment and action. Participants will learn how to create a KM communication roadmap that includes KM stakeholders. They will also learn how to draft messages that promote awareness and participation and how to identify calls to action.

- Understand the different communication needs for knowledge management and knowledge improvement
- Know when to apply proven techniques to different business circumstances
- Plan and perform effective KM communications
