Conducting Benchmarking Projects
Course Description
Understanding how to plan and conduct benchmarking activities results in more successful and trusted information for decision-makers. This course drills into the four phases of benchmarking - plan, collect, analyze, and apply - with a focus on the techniques and skills needed to perform benchmarking projects. These skills vary by type of benchmarks and their expected use, as well as the form it is provided to the target audiences.
