Leading Conversations: Let’s Talk Process
Like in a roundtable discussion, participants addressed real challenges and networked with others in small groups to exchange ideas and experiences on crowdsourced topics.
The conversations offered opportunities to engage with process and knowledge management peers from a range of experience levels and industries to gain insight, benchmark with colleagues, and explore best practices on common issues and shared struggles.
To get the biggest impact from two “Leading Conversations” sessions, participants were asked to bring a willingness to trust and collaborate with others.
