In an environment where departments operated independently and critical knowledge was trapped in silos, one organization set out to break down barriers and rebuild how information flowed across its enterprise. This session tells the story of how an integrated knowledge and process management program unified people, processes, content, and technology into a single, connected ecosystem.

Through strategic alignment with accreditation requirements and a focused approach to culture change, the organization created a transparent, accessible repository of institutional knowledge that strengthened collaboration and compliance while ensuring continuity through leadership transitions.

Participants gained insights to:

  • Design an integrated KM/PM system that unifies people, processes, content, and technology within existing organizational frameworks.
  • Implement alignment techniques that position KM and PM as core infrastructure for accreditation, compliance, and strategic planning—not add-on initiatives.
  • Develop culture-change strategies, including unified branding, communication frameworks, and leadership transition protocols that sustain KM through organizational shifts.

This session provided a practical roadmap for transforming fragmented operations into an integrated, knowledge-driven organization where transparency, learning, and compliance thrive.
