In thinking about how to organize and hand off continuous improvement initiatives, Land O’Lakes presenter Gabriella Corradi (Animal Nutrition Training Manager) realized that a bike analogy could be useful in defining the endpoint of a project and setting milestones to get there. By clearly describing a phased approach to transition, KM leaders can ensure successful handoffs to operational teams.
