Storytelling is one of the most powerful ways to motivate participation in knowledge management (KM). Stories that illustrate the real-life benefits of knowledge sharing and reuse make it easy for employees to understand why KM matters. Miriam Brosseau, principal at Tiny Windows Consulting, and Dr. Carla O’Dell, APQC Board Chairman, believe that storytelling is an innate human capacity.
