APQC’s 2023 conference concluded with remarks from keynote speaker Dr. Shimi Kang (Psychiatrist and Author), Lynda Braksiek (Principal Research Lead, APQC), and speaker and moderator Carla O’Dell (Chairman, APQC). Each speaker brought their own unique perspective to the theme of capitalizing on disruption, and concluded with ideas on how individuals can build on strengths and lead change in their own organizations.
