Tools and Templates for Lessons Learned

APQC has studied approaches for capturing and transferring lessons learned for many years. Some approaches rely on facilitated workshops that bring together participants in a project, process, or event to identify and refine potential lessons learned, whereas others ask participants to record their own lessons via a submission form or template.

This document features examples of lessons learned tools, templates, and workshops from five organizations that have participated in APQC’s research.
