At APQC’s 2023 Conference, Dave Boland (Chief Knowledge Officer) and Susan Sommers (Director, Innovation and Solutions) shared insights and lessons learned from Ogletree Deakins’ journey to develop and implement a new search solution. Ogletree’s search journey provides a good example of how mature KM programs approach planning and implementation for new technologies and the critical role that change management plays in these efforts.
