Scale and Improve KM Based on What Works
KM works best when it’s designed in the context of a specific organization, team, business problem, set of stakeholders, and so on. While it takes time and resources to understand this broader context, organizations that put in the work find that their KM programs enjoy more support (from the top-down as well as at the grassroots level) and integrate more smoothly with existing ways of working. This article highlights recommendations for designing KM pilot projects and then building on their momentum to create vibrant, sustainable KM programs.
