Roles, Skillsets, and Expertise for the Future of KM

KM professionals have many opportunities to add value to their organizations, from protecting critical knowledge to helping the business prepare for AI, managing enterprise content, and more. The ability to play these roles effectively both now and in the future requires KM professionals to develop the right skills and partnerships.
