This example Request for Proposal (RFP) wasissued in November 2017 to identify a technology solutions vendor for a control tower platform. A technology solution was needed to support collaboration across a supply chain network of different companies and organizations called the Global Family Planning Visibility and Analytics Network (VAN). This template is publicly available for anyone interested in identifying a technology partner for their own control tower.
