This session covered how to develop a knowledge management strategy that aligns with ever-changing business priorities and ensures knowledge sharing becomes part of the flow of work. The main learning objectives were to understand the importance of aligning KM strategy with business priorities and develop strategies for gaining leadership sponsorship and engagement in KM initiatives. Additionally, the focus was on applying best practices for staying agile in KM initiatives and creating a structure that allows work to have documented standards and become embedded business practices, no matter how the business strategy changes.
