Recalculating the Process Journey at CMI

For Diego Alvarado, end-to-end processes are a lot like a daily work commute: They involve a journey taken on a repeated basis that is enabled by technology and ultimately driven by people. In an Accelerated Knowledge Session at APQC’s 2019 Process and Performance Management conference, Alvarado drew on insights from his own life and CMI’s end-to-end process journey to speak about the value of adapting to roadblocks and keeping people at the heart of process work.
