The Power of Effective Storytelling

KM programs must use influence and act as a bridge builder between stakeholder groups to ensure knowledge is flowing throughout the organization. It is sometimes difficult to communicate the value of KM and storytelling can help. Storytelling is the art of presenting a narrative that inspires empathy, understanding, and/or action.
