In 2017 APQC completed its fifth major study on communities of practice, including in-depth interviews with 10 organizations identified as having best-practice community programs and analysis of survey data from more than 200 KM professionals. This executive summary provides an overview of the research results, including 15 key findings and overviews of the featured community programs.
