Knowledge Mapping Charter Template

This charter template is designed to help you articulate the details of a knowledge mapping project, including key stakeholders, your reason for developing the map(s), project scope and timeline, expected outcomes, and measures of success. APQC recommends completing a charter before you embark on knowledge mapping in order to ensure that the project is well-defined and planned out, sufficiently resourced, and has clear business-oriented goals that justify the input of time and energy.
