KM and COVID-19: Stories from the Front Line

KM leaders are striving to understand the impact of COVID-19 and how to rethink their priorities and projects in its wake. Over the past month, APQC has interviewed more than a dozen organizations about KM’s role in the current crisis, the long-term impact they foresee for KM, the things that have enabled them to be agile, and their lessons learned for future disaster response. In this session, APQC Principal Research Lead Lauren Trees shares early results of this research along with examples of KM making a difference during a difficult time.
