The World Café Method, as described by MSP Guide, is a methodology for creating a simple, effective, and flexible format for hosting group dialogue. Building on a technique of group intelligence, this creative process leads to collaborative dialogue, drives knowledge sharing, and creates possibilities for action. At APQC’s 2023 Conference, Jennifer Hurst, Chief Operating Officer of Adonis Partners, presented and demonstrated the value and best practices of this approach.
