How a Robust Content Management System Enhances Customer Experience

In this session, the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) discussed how they benefited from business process improvement (BPI) and content management. CMPA developed a knowledge capture system that relied on a suggestion management system and utilized Microsoft 365 (Lists) and Atlassian tools (Confluence) to create a workflow for content, software, and process changes. The session also explored how a streamlined approach to content management directly supported their knowledge management program, resulting in improved knowledge capture, content creation, and overall knowledge management processes.
