Excellence in Knowledge Management at Saudi Aramco

Saudi Aramco is a public petroleum and natural gas company. Headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Aramco operates the world’s largest single hydrocarbon network and has the largest daily oil production of all oil-producing companies. Saudi Aramco has over 68,000 employees around the world.

APQC spoke with Mohammad Al-Ohali, head of the knowledge management team, Amjad Al-Monzer, knowledge management subject matter expert, and Moayad Al-Jishi, knowledge management subject matter expert, about the organization’s knowledge management (KM) program and how it achieved Level 4 (4.89) maturity at the enterprise level on APQC’s KM Capability Assessment.
