Excellence in Knowledge Management at the NATO Communications and Information Agency
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is an international political and military alliance of 30 nations. The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) acquires, deploys, and defends communication systems for NATO’s political decision makers and commands. The NCI Agency acts as NATO’s technology and cyber hub. APQC spoke with Maria-Rosa Moroso, NCI Agency’s senior information and knowledge manager, about the organization’s Knowledge Management program and how it achieved Level 3 maturity at the enterprise level.
