Driving Business Excellence Through Benchmarking at Tata

Tata’s Business Excellence Group has led and facilitated hundreds of benchmarking studies, deep dive engagements, webinars, and best practice sharing sessions that help to drive significant enterprise value among companies in the Tata Group. At APQC’s 2023 conference, Devraj Chattaraj, General Manager of Tata Business Excellence Group, discussed:  

• how to design a group-wide process and performance benchmarking program, 
• how to create value for the business through benchmarking, and 
• how to integrate a benchmarking and best practices program to design and execute improvement interventions across a group of companies representing various businesses.
