Drivers of Effective Finance Analytics

Analytics is an increasingly important part of finance’s role as strategic business partner, helping derive key business insights and support better decision making by stakeholders. In late 2019–early 2020, APQC conducted a study on finance analytics in order to better understand organizational practices in this area. This infographic examines what were the drivers or practices statistically more prevalent at those survey respondent organizations that ranked their finance analytics efforts as most effective.
