In the wake of rapid growth, Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) wanted to provide its global workforce with efficient access to in-house expertise while enabling project teams to learn from one another’s experiences. It also wanted KM to facilitate interaction between its young engineers and experts and create an environment that encourages rapid adaptation to industry changes and an innovation mindset.

Over the past decade, CCC has secured strong employee engagement in its KM program through user-focused tools and approaches, branding and awareness campaigns, and success stories.
